So I'm assuming that my Blog is back up and running. For the last 4 weeks I've had to make 3 separate requests for Blogger to unblock this blog as they thought it was spam. Frustrating and really rather useless for someone to use as a communication tool.
I certainly have discouraged others from using Blogger.

On the other hand, good to see you back broadcasting. They coulda just asked me and I woulda confirmed you were not a nefarious spammer. Well not a spammer anyway.
